Project homes make up just one of the many types of projects that Superdraft has undertaken. Our designs are examples of project homes display great quality and offer the best value for money. These houses are great for a variety of lifestyles.
Here are some project homes we’ve worked on and the stories behind them.
Swan View Residences
Our team worked with Egan Property Group to master plan and produce drawings for a 36-house development. We created different project home designs that feature efficient use of space, including a one-storey unit with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a two-car garage, and an alfresco. The layout was designed to ensure enough room for easy movement within a small lot.
Laceflower Parade Duplex
The brief for this project called for a cost-effective home with a design that matched the beach-style of the Casuarina Estate, as the client wanted to develop this home for resale. With effective design and council-approved drawings, this duplex features clean lines with great finishes and a few details, such as a raked ceiling, for added sophistication.
Streich Avenue Residence
Our client wanted the team to assist with designing and producing drawings for a 3-unit development. We designed the single storey 3-bedroom units to go with the surroundings’ overall look and feel and to keep build costs low, all on a short timeframe.
Redland Bay Residence
The Superdraft team designed this cost-effective home for Charity Build, an organisation that constructs houses for auction with the profits going to causes, such as assisting charities that help disadvantaged children. This house features a large multi-purpose space, four bedrooms, and an alfresco. We designed and built a very liveable retreat, with high-level finishes and quality construction on a tight budget (under $120,000!).
