Clear Water Bay Avenue Residence
With smart design and council-approved drawings, we were able to help our client build this luxury waterfront home. This home is great for entertaining, with a wrap-around pool that enters the house, a state-of-the-art home theatre, and a terrace with a great view of the canal. It also makes for an excellent sanctuary, with a façade designed with privacy and security in mind.
Fernando Parkway Residence
This home features a unique layout. Instead of traditional straight lines, the partitions in this home are angled, to make the most out of the house’s space and the client’s viewing pleasure. That way, our client gets to have large entertainment spaces, an alfresco, and a bridge that serves as a viewing platform for the pool below.
Cabarita Residence
We've made the most out of this bespoke home’s beachside location by designing it to let in plenty of daylight and fresh air. The timber and glass facade deliver both a strong statement and a tranquil vibe.
Ponds Residence
The Superdraft team created this modern two-storey home in Sydney. This house features a simple and standard form with clean, straight lines and great details. Details include a facade that is spruced up with fins and pop out sections. We achieved this contemporary look while ensuring to keep construction costs low.
Sugarbag Road Residence
The Superdraft team designed this home for Charity Build, an organisation that constructs houses for auction with the profits going to charitable causes. Despite the home’s difficult and steep location, we made use of the surrounding greenery to highlight the structure. We put much effort into the house’s orientation to make it blend seamlessly with the forest landscape and to maximise the homeowners’ view of the ocean.
