Just as we are glad to make our homeowner clients’ building dreams come true, the Superdraft team is always happy to help companies grow by providing solutions to their architectural needs. Every design we produce for our commercial buildings are products of careful thought. Pleasing our clients and the customers they serve are our top priorities.
Here are some commercial buildings we’ve worked on.
Bardot, Wetherill Park
The Superdraft team is proud to have helped Bardot, a high-end Australian women’s fashion brand, draw and document the architectural designs for all their stores. Great lighting and fine finishes warmly welcome shoppers, and good use of space maximise movement for Bardot’s customers and staff.
Peak Fitness Studio
Peak Fitness Studio is a private studio on the Gold Coast that offers group classes and personal training in different ways to get in shape. As our client requested, the design we produced was for a state of the art gym with a modern look, which we achieved through good colour choices and a fine selection of materials.
Shop T20, South Morang Central
With input from our client for the layout, the Superdraft team drew up and documented this design for a food shop fit-out at South Morang Central. We assisted in the preliminary design process to fine tune the client’s provided rough layout, and we produced drawings for council approval.
Bluff Point Development
For this project, the Superdraft team produced architectural design and drawings for a new 6 tenancy commercial fit within a short timeframe. Our team produced designs with a few special features, including a system for rubbish bin disposal, architectural features to go with the artist impression that our client supplied, and redesigned toilets to include disabled access. We also provided the client free builder tendering service and interior design for a dental surgery office.
Vision Personal Training Studio
Our client requested Superdraft to provide architectural design and documentation to renovate an existing workspace. The design brief for the new space included a new reception desk, 2 consultation rooms, 2 changing rooms, and a team room with a galley kitchen that can also house an office. The layout was kept compact, and the remaining area was kept free and clear for gym equipment.Find commercial design architects in the Gold Coast.Liked this article?
